SINKLAND FARMS. - RINER, VA

traditions are important to our little family. coffees together in the morning, the same sweet "i love you's" said every night and yearly trips to sinkland farms. rain seems to always be to our backs, leaving us with ominous clouds overhead and a brisk wind chilling us as we look through the gourds. still, there is magic here. an open valley surrounded by the sweet appalachians, with a wicked twisted tree overlooking the property.
we hope to get married here one of these days.

HELLO AUTUMN.

the morning awoke us like every other, the soft shuffles of the pup, the annoyance of an alarm clock. sheets were rustled, coffee was brewed and as the front door opened, we were greeted with a light breeze and a chill in the air. a soft rustle in the trees, a squirrel running by, and the sweet smell of autumn.
